The tree and the "Polar Express" (as Joseph calls it) are up and running.
The Snowman family has come to visit our desert home.
One of my favorite items is Santa Claus flying around the world. It's so kitschy.

I don't remember, but I think it was Lowe's. They are so kitschy that they've probably been outlawed by now.
Your house is always so festive during the holidays. Love the tree especially the train set.
